How we guarantee your system works

We work in phases, with functional, testable deliveries before moving to the next one. That's how we guarantee the system actually works — not with a promise, but with something you can test yourself before paying the rest.

In short

  • We work in phases, usually 50% at the start and 50% on delivery.
  • Every phase ends in something functional you can test yourself.
  • If a phase doesn't work as agreed, we don't move on or collect its balance until it's fixed.
  • Code and data stay in your name, even if you decide not to continue.

How a phase works

  1. 01The phase's scope is defined and quoted — typically 50% up front, 50% on delivery.
  2. 02We build the full phase, not a partial pass dressed up as a delivery.
  3. 03We deliver something functional you can test yourself, not a demo we control.
  4. 04We only move to the next phase once you confirm the delivery works as agreed.

What if a phase doesn't work as agreed?

We don't move to the next phase or collect that phase's balance until it's fixed. The scope agreed in writing is what defines "works as agreed" — which is why we nail that scope down before each phase starts, not after.

Why this isn't a returns policy

We don't sell a packaged product you can return — we build software custom to your operation. What actually protects you is that you never pay 100% of a phase before seeing it work, and that code and data always stay in your name, even if you decide not to continue.
