What this site is
This is an informational site: it presents AI Innovation Labs' software engineering, AI-driven automation and digital marketing services, and lets you contact us. It does not sell products or services online and does not require an account.
Site information is not an offer
Descriptions of services, engagement models and timelines are informational. Nothing on this site is a binding commercial offer: each project's terms — scope, price, phases and deliverables — are agreed in writing in a specific quote or contract, which prevails over anything published here.
Intellectual property
The text, design, brand, logos, the Hubby character and other elements of this site belong to AI Innovation Labs or are used with permission. You may view them and share links to the site, but you may not reproduce, modify or use them commercially without our written permission. This refers to the site itself: the code and data in the projects we build for clients stay in the client's name, under the terms of each contract.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or its contact form to send unlawful, misleading or offensive content, to impersonate anyone, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with their operation or bypass their security measures.
Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the site available and its information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it will operate without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by Colombian law, AI Innovation Labs is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Colombia's Ley 1480 de 2011 (Consumer Statute) or any other rules that cannot be waived.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our privacy notice, in accordance with Ley 1581 de 2012, and the use of cookies by our cookie policy. They are separate from these terms: your authorization for data processing and for cookies is requested separately and expressly, never merely by browsing.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Medellín, without prejudice to any rights the law grants you as a consumer.
