🟢 Proven— It's running in production today, in a real operation.
Automate your repetitive workflows
We automate business processes with n8n running as a system service, in-house orchestrators written in Python with auto-discovery of companies or areas, and scheduled Windows tasks for recurring jobs — from a knowledge engine that runs daily to syncs every 15 minutes.
In short
- n8n as a system service, always available.
- In-house Python orchestrators, with company auto-discovery.
- Scheduled Windows tasks for periodic and recurring jobs.
- Real production cadences: a daily knowledge engine, syncs every 15 minutes.
How we operate it
One operational detail we usually document up front: when a scheduled task needs to touch the physical machine it runs on (to interact with a desktop application, for example), that's flagged explicitly when the task is created. It's an internal rule that prevents tasks from silently failing because they depend on a context that isn't available when the server fires them.
