🟢 Proven— It's running in production today, in a real operation.
WhatsApp messaging bots and automation
We build WhatsApp bots on Meta's official Cloud API, with a published app — not an unofficial integration Meta can cut off without warning. It includes intent detection, automatic replies, anti-duplicate and anti-resend protection, and a multi-number inbox with routing by phone-number ID, for operations running more than one active line.
In short
- Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, app already published — not an unofficial bridge.
- Intent detection and automatic replies.
- Anti-duplicate and anti-resend protections.
- Multi-number inbox with per-number routing.
- Measurable commitment: p95 ≤ 900 ms from webhook to accepted send.
What we do promise, and what we don't
The latency commitment we make is specific and verifiable: p95 ≤ 900 ms from the moment Meta's webhook arrives to the moment the send is accepted by our system. We don't promise end-to-end message latency — the last leg, to the end user's phone, is controlled by Meta, not by us.
WhatsApp Business account verification times and message-template approval times (typically 24–48 hours, with the possibility of rejection) are also outside ILabs' control — they're Meta's own processes, which we document clearly at the start of the project, not a surprise halfway through.
