We have the technology behind this architecture and have already designed it for a specific case, but it isn't running in production on any project in this workspace yet. One factor we always build into the scope: answer quality depends on the source documentation staying up to date. Keeping that documentation current is the client's responsibility, and it's written into the scope's boundaries from the start of the project.
